The One Stop provides centralized support for a range of student services to help simplify your experience. We assist with the following.
- Admissions: We offer support for prospective and incoming students regarding application status, admission requirements and general guidance about the admissions process. For detailed questions about specific admission decisions or application processing, please reach out directly to the Admissions Office.
- Registrar: We can assist with questions related to registration, transcripts, enrollment verification and graduation application status. We help you navigate common registration issues and understand important academic deadlines. However, we don’t process official transcript requests or make changes to academic records. For those services, please contact the Office of the University Registrar directly.
- Student Financial Services: We assist with financial aid applications, awards and disbursement. We can help you understand your financial aid status and resolve common issues. However, we don’t provide tax advice or in-depth financial counseling. For specific financial planning questions, we recommend consulting a financial advisor.
- Student Success: We provide resources and guidance for academic success, including connecting you with campus resources like tutoring, career services and advising. However, we don’t offer academic advising or personalized degree planning. For specific course selection or program advising, please contact your academic advisor or department.
